Perron-Roettinger

Perron-roettinger

Perron-Roettinger is a multidisciplinary creative studio from award winning Creative Directors Brian Roettinger and Willo Perron. The studio’s work spans interior design, brand identity, print projects, and live event production. I was the management lead to ensure the smooth operation of the studio as it transitioned to remote work in the first months of the COVID-19 lock-down, and then quickly started managing projects across the graphic and interior design divisions. Highlights include coordinating projects with the Tupac Shakur estate, ACLU, Fender Guitars and LAUSD as well as spearheading the photography and implementation of an archive that organized 20+ years of their creative work.

PERRON-ROETTINGER ARCHIVE

Willo and Brian tasked me with the project of building out a digital archive of their 20+ years of work across print, live events, interiors and more. This involved an implementation of a on-site server to house years of digital records of their work, creating a system to organize and easily access the work remotely and also building out an on-site photo studio at the office to properly photograph their past print projects for the archive and their newly designed studio website.

2PAC x THE ACLU FOR CITIZENS OF HUMANITY

Citizens of Humanity produced a capsule collection of shirts in collaboration with the ACLU of SoCal and a range of designers ahead of the 2020 elections. Our studio’s Art Director, Brian Roettinger, designed a shirt in collaboration with the Tupac Shakur estate for this collection. I was the lead project manager for this collaboration — interfacing between CoH, the estate and Roettinger to ensure a quick turnaround on this collaboration for print production.

FENDER x LAUSD: PLAY FOR LA Identity

The Observatory Agency reached out to Perron-Roettinger to work on a special identity project for their LAUSD after-school guitar program with LAUSD. I worked as a project manager and producer for this: working with the agency and Roettinger to build the identity as well as sourcing a printer for the special letter press technique used for the posters in the images.
