SUPER DELUXE

Super Deluxe was a multi-platform entertainment company from Turner Broadcasting, producing innovative content for traditional and new media platforms. This short-lived company made a huge impact in the world of online entertainment — pioneering new formats and empowering emerging creatives. I was an early hire at Super Deluxe, joining the company in January of 2016. Being an early hire allowed me to work within every department of this multifaceted operation: short form video, traditional TV development, merchandise, live video, marketing, PR, experimental tech and more. LIVE SUPER DELUXE

Super Deluxe’s groundbreaking innovation in the entertainment world was Live Super Deluxe (nicknamed ‘LSD’). LSD pioneered interactive live programming — allowing viewers to directly affect the results of our streams in real time through voting, polls, comment suggestions and more. The LA Times called LSD “the future of television". I worked on developing special projects directly with the Vice President of Live Programming, talent producing for the streams and coordinating branded projects with the team.

BRANDED CONTENT + PARTNERSHIPS

I worked within the marketing team on branded content and partnerships. I was the primary media planner for branded fielding all RFPs. Additionally, I would develop pitches for these RFPs and work with our strategists to develop our creative decks. I worked with our growth marketing team on a number of partnerships, notably event partnerships with RiotLA and the Ace Hotel. Some selected projects I led are outlined in the link below.
